Abstract*
Please briefly describe your proposed project, starting with the primary problem to be addressed, the key requirements needed in a solution, and any significant constraints you are aware of. Please also describe the scope of the solution anticipated and an estimate of the total budget you believe would be needed to address the problem. It is also often helpful to briefly describe your organization and the personnel with whom the students could expect to interact. Suggested abstract length: up to ~250 words.
